What We Collect

We don’t want your data. That’s not what we’re here for. But to deliver digital rewards and stay in touch, we may collect:

  • Email and phone number (for preorders, newsletter, or SMS updates)
  • Basic account login info if you create a user account through our store (via WooCommerce)
  • Technical data (like IP address or browser type) from our hosting or security tools

We do not ask for your name, address, or payment information directly.
Payments are securely handled by Stripe. Discord usernames or other handles you use elsewhere are up to you and those platforms.

How We Use Your Info

Even though we’d rather not collect anything, we still take your privacy seriously. Your info is used to:

  • Deliver your preorders or digital content
  • Send updates, reminders, and early access perks
  • Protect our website and prevent abuse

We don’t sell your data. We don’t share it unless legally required. We lock things down because it’s the right thing to do.

Overview

By using this website or placing a preorder, you agree to these terms. We’re a small studio doing honest work, and this section helps make sure expectations are clear—for you and for us.

Store Terms

  • Preorders are for digital content and early access perks. No physical products will be shipped unless clearly stated otherwise on Kickstarter. Basically you’re buying a digital module guaranteed reward when the kickstarter funds.
  • $1 pledges comes with digital bonuses, future discounts, and may include a physical reward with successful kickstarter. Think of it as a show of support—not a transaction with a guarantee of delivery date. (digital module guaranteed, game already live and free)
  • All sales are final unless otherwise required by law. If something breaks, fails, or goes wildly wrong, email us and we’ll try to make it right.

Accounts & Access

  • You may create an account to manage downloads or preorder content. Don’t use bots, fake names, or try to hack anything. We will block access if you do.
  • If we ever provide downloadable files (e.g. PDFs or modules), please don’t redistribute them unless we’ve marked them open-source. Ask first, always.

Refunds and Cancellations

Because our products are digital and low-cost, all sales are considered final. But we’re human—if something goes wrong, contact us. We’ll try to resolve it fairly.

Liability

This site and its offerings are provided as-is. We’re not responsible for indirect damages, lost time, or psychic harm caused by deep emotional character arcs.
