Who Are We?

I'm Grant. I'm actually the whole business. But I have a lot of partners and help. Like my friend Ben who directs the art, or Katy, one of the first playtesters and an editor.

What We Do

I make games. I developed Socio- as a basic system for roleplaying something other than another war game.

Why an LLC

Mostly for tax purposes. But also, it seemed the easiest way to start and manage a business.

About Grant

Grant Murray is the founder of Discovery Games Interactive and the author of The Bread Standard and Socio-: Stories of Us. He holds a Master of Science in Education Technology and brings over a decade of experience in community-based program development, grant writing, and systems design. His work bridges practical implementation with human-centered storytelling to create tools that serve both play and purpose.
